1 lb lamb mince 
1 small red onion, very finely chopped 
2 cloves garlic, crushed 
1/2 tsp dried mint 
1 level tsp ground coriander 
1/2 tsp ground cinammon
Handful of fresh coriander 
s &#038; p 

Mix together and shape. Fry. 

Serve with lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, garlic &#038; mint yoghurt and hot chilli sauce.</description>
