After the excesses of the last few days, we opted for a healthy lunch of salad today. Fred made the salad and then had his with tuna. I had smoked trout. Simple but tasty.

The little seeds are toasted hemp seeds. I’ve discovered them recently and really like them. After being toasted, they taste a bit like a cross between popcorn and sunflower seeds.
