		<description>I made this a couple of nights ago and it was delicious. Are you sure the amount of stock in the recipe is accurate though? I made double the amount to freeze some, but only had 1 tin of tomatoes. I only ended up using 800ml of stock as it seemed too runny, and after simmering for far longer than an hour, I still had to remove some of the liquid!

Lovely flavour though, and I would certainly make it again - I just prefer a slightly thicker sauce!</description>

We normally make Delia&#039;s basic recipe, but all the spices you&#039;re using and chocolate, I&#039;m going to line this recipe up in the food plan - new thing for this year: since I&#039;ve come across so many interesting recipes lately, I&#039;ve lined them up and will be working my way through the list. Drooling already, chilli is a great dish!</description>
