Oooh I like this, defo one for the lunchbox esp after beetroot and fennel seem to have been replaced by vast quantities of lettuce in the veg box

Good to have you and your camera back! Looks very good - not thought of putting in salad before either. Good idea. Would make a nice lunchbox for work too.

That’s a great idea to put it in a salad. We always have chicken fajitas with tortilla wraps. This will make a nice change.

You forgot to mention the CINAMMON. Wasn’t there quite a lot of CINAMMON in there Fred?!
