I didn’t follow a recipe as such. I used eating apples and cut them into quarters then I sauteed them in butter, sugar and cinammon for about eight minutes (until they start to break down).

Next I mixed up the crumble topping which was 30g flour, 30g sugar, 20g butter and a handful of chopped almonds. I only needed a small amount, for a large crumble I’d multiply that by four.

Spoon the apples into the dish, top with crumble topping and then bake for about an hour (or until the top is crunchy).
