The crackling wasn&#039;t brilliant on this either Lizzie, it had to go back in which feels a bit like cheating.

It&#039;s a good combination Niamh, works just as well on pork chops too (obviously, really!)</description>

		<description>Yum. Isn&#039;t pork belly the best? I cooked it again last night, but the crackling didn&#039;t puff up and out as well as the one I blogged, I think because it wasn&#039;t sitting flat under the grill. Still delicious though.
