		<description>I am glad you found the oven tip helpful.  I have no choice but to make it again , As my husband ate it he was saying hopefuly , we could have this again next week. Which is not a first but a very rare occasion.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m glad you enjoyed it, Ann.  It certainly was hard work, I really loved it but am not sure when I&#039;m going to have the energy to make it again!

The oven cooking is a great tip, we have the same problem with our hob too.</description>

		<description>This was hard work. But it was worth it and really tasty. The only thing that I  altered was that I cooked the ragu in a low oven,stirring every half an hour. My stove top is to fierce even with a diffuser.</description>
