I just happen to have a chicken breasts and while it can be so versatile, I'm stuck, I don't know what to do with it. Or at least that is true until I read this! And, yesterday my friend just gave me a bag of (green) chili padi organically grown in Indonesia. I have heard that the green ones are more spicy than the red ones. I adore fajitas - they feature regularly on the menu in my house! I always do chicken ones - one day I should really try them with beef... I like the sound of your method - I have to confess that I usually resort to a ready-prepared fajita spice mix and add a few extra bits myself. Don't tell anyone!
