I am a huge Ottolenghi fan (although I still need to get to the restaurant itself) and would you believe, I have some quinoa sitting in the cupboard at home forlornly. This might be a great way to use it up - I love the sound of the flavour and texture combinations. Do agree on the lamb though...

I didn't realise Ottolenghi also did meat recipes, Helen! I'll check it out again (although I know I've said this before and haven't!)

I liked the texture, Alex, but it was a bit much (for me) with the rice too.

Whenever I eat quinoa I always think how great it is (I particularly love it's texture) but then never get round to eating it again! for aaaaaages. It seems that others feel that way too, weirdly...

This looks yummy, I'm not mad keen on quinoa but I like this because there doesn't seem to be too much of it. I was pleasantly surprised when I bought the Ottolenghi book that there are lots of meat recipes too!
