Thanks, Gobbler. I agree about the burgers, I had the opportunity to try them again and they were just as bad as I remembered.

I hope you like it, Jeanne. It’s lovely on it’s own too, would be great in a salad.

This is a Bosch oven, Amy. I’m not sure which model though I imagine it’s one of the most basic since we’re renting. It seems pretty good so far though.

oooh, congrats on the new oven that can crank up the heat! The pizza looks spectacularly good – now you’ve given me the craving ) I realyl must try the Laverstoke Park buffalo mozzarella as there really is nothing quite like it on pizza.
