		<description>I&#039;m sure I&#039;ve read that a traditional ingredient was Oysters. One can believe that, as they used to be such a cheap food in the 19th century. That would be interesting to try.</description>

We also add lots of leeks, carrots and swede to hotpot.  It helps with the flavour and makes it even more substantial!</description>

		<description>I really enjoyed this, it was waiting for me when I got home from work having had a couple of pints on the way.  The kidneys were lamb&#039;s kidneys so weren&#039;t overpowering, just added a richness and depth of flavour to the dish.  Yum, I can almost taste it now.</description>
