		<description>It definitely has to be crispy, Sarah.  I actually like it to be really dark but don&#039;t always have the patience! I agree with you, restaurant-style bubble and squeak is often more like champ I think.</description>

Thanks Gareth, it actually looked a lot better in real life but we had to use the flash for that shot.</description>
