We should definitely try it though and see if it makes any difference.

I’m half tempted to buy a Tagine (the proper hat-shaped pot) to see if it changes the flavour or not, but if it works just as well in a casserole – they fit better into the oven! LOL

I am not a fan of fennel but perhaps I should try and ‘rediscover’ it!
