I'm cooking this for Sunday lunch this weekend, with couscous and roasted peppers. It's been well spice-rubbed and it sitting in the fridge as we speak. Can't wait! This is the first time my husband has let me cook lamb for him in all our time together - he says he doesn't like it - but I've convinced him to try it again. No pressure then!

If this stew was so horrible why would you want to inflict it on others? Just a thought.

I love Waitrose, If you look on there meat counter you will see something called forgotten cuts, We have also tried pigs cheeks, not as gross as it sounds, totally yummy! One of the best things ive eaten, served to friends and family and they are all hooked. You can also order things from the Waitrose meat counter.

Just prepared a shoulder using some of your tips, cling-filmed it up and leaving it for 24 hours - can't wait to taste the results tomorrow night!

Once, in Scotland , we had haggis in volauvants drizzled with orange sauce. my 16y/o Midwest American step daughter thought it was to die for just as this scottish adult did. This looks to be quite as good. Can't wait to try. The haggis has to be shipped frozen from Cameron's Brit foods in Florida but I'm gonna do it!
