Risotto with Prawns and Tomato

Stephen made this on Tuesday night to use up some leftover prawns from lunchtime. It was good but we decided that next time we made it we would add some lemon juice and parsley to freshen it up. Stephen thought it was a bit too hot (I think?) but I liked the heat.

    Yes I think it had a little too much chilli in it and I thought it prevented the flavours from mixing well. That might also have been because it was also hot temperature-wise due to my being impatient and not waiting for it to cool down before trying to eat it 🙂
