   For the perfect cheese on toast try it the Clark way: Grate cheese, add a few drops of milk (dont worry about soggyness), pile on toast and grill until golden. Oooh!

   Gareth, I often add Worcestershire sauce to mine, and sometimes some chilli sauce (Tabasco if that is all that is around) or maybe even mushroom ketchup.
