Pork chops stuffed with garlic, bay and rosemary. Served with garlic mushrooms, braised lemony leeks and roasted butternut.
Very simple but very tasty.
Call me greedy but add some mashed potatoes to that plateful and I’m a happy girl!
It did need mashed potatoes you know…maybe with some mustard in 🙂
Great minds and all that…
Last night we had pork chops with mustard mash, carrots and mushrooms…
The pan was de-glazed with some dry sherry to make a sauce. Delicious – but it all comes down to the quality of the chops
I like the idea of deglazing with sherry, have never done that before. And you’re right about the chops, we’re lucky enough to have a really good butcher close by.
