Spaghetti with Mussels

A quick and simple dinner tonight. We sweated some garlic and shallots, then added parsley, wine and mussels. After a few minutes, the mussels were done and we served them with pasta, sprinkled with a little more parsley. Quick, simple and tasty.

    Thanks Claire. We’ve changed the lens on the camera as it’s so dark now and I think it makes for clearer pictures.

    Thanks Claire 🙂 It was good, but I think a little cream or something to thicken the sauce would have worked well and helped it to coat the spaghetti better. We were trying to have a healthy option though, so cream was off the menu.
